Identity180 officially launched in November of 2021. It was founded by Englande Hill who, after working in the mental healthcare field, saw how people coped with their issues in unhealthy ways. She wanted to see people thrive instead of just survive. Intentity180 is based in Dallas, TX, but can serve the entire US online.
Having worked with people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures, her coaching philosophy is simple – Englande believes everything possible for you to use is already inside of you to achieve your goals. With a unique approach to realizing this truth, Englande helps illuminate root problem areas impeding progress, allowing you to tap your God-given power and potential through identity, vision, and action.
Before starting Identity180, Englande received a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-med and a Master of Science degree in forensic psychology. Her professional work experience includes over 5000 hours as a mental health professional where she learned the fine art of establishing an alliance with clients and strategic problem-solving working with patients in their homes, schools, and hospitals. Her experience also includes facilitating group sessions for change and has worked in crisis counseling.
Obsessed with transformation, she’s read over 200 books on human behavior, change, and personal development. She has devoted 8000+ hours to a variety of methods and approaches. But most importantly, Identity180 was founded on this simple principle – everyone should have the opportunity to thrive in reaching their full potential. And, Englande knows she’s equipped to successfully work with you on an enlightening journey of true identity, self-mastery, and breakthrough.
