My name is Montrell. I chose Identity180 because  I felt misguided and generally out of sync with life. My biggest issue was being unable to identify a starting point for tackling life’s problems. I didn’t have a plan or any idea of how I would address certain issues that I felt were causing me to spiral into depression. I tried talking through it with friends and family, but their advice didn’t give me the structure needed to chart a path forward.

My main concern was If I’d be up to the challenge of completing the assigned homework on a daily/weekly basis and keeping up with the material. But after working with Englande, I have structure. The plan we put in place is tangible. I’m able to review the plan and assess how I’m progressing in each aspect in my life. It’s easier to keep track of progress when there’s a structured document plan to follow.

Englande is more than a life coach, she’s a change agent. She will challenge you to face your fears with confidence every single day while also cheering you on every step of the way. Englande genuinely cares about the overall wellness of her clients and throughout the 12 weeks, she constantly reinforced the belief that I’m more than a conqueror. I’m glad to have Englande in my corner. The seeds that have been planted from her coaching have had a profound impact on my life.
